Put A State Ministers Face & FAMILY Back Together

I am fighting to reclaim my rights as a father, which have been systematically undermined by municipal corporations. My experience in standing up for myself in this attempt to be professionally extorted by a Courtroom, it landed me 180 days in jail where I faced corporal punishment, illustrates how the system targets those who think differently, creating barriers to my ability to parent.

Currently, I am out on medical furlough with a $14,000 medical bill that the county refuses to cover, despite my being under their care. This financial burden adds to the injustice of being denied my fundamental rights as a father and a minister. Since September 11, 2023, I have dedicated myself to studying the law to challenge this exploitation and advocate for my parental rights.

The Issue at Hand

For over a year, my local government has enacted biased rulings that disregard my God-given right to parent my children. These actions infringe upon my First Amendment rights to practice my faith and raise my children according to my beliefs. Additionally, I have faced violations of my Second Amendment rights, as a temporary protection order unjustly stripped me of my ability to protect my family. Furthermore, the denial of due process under the Fourteenth Amendment has left me feeling powerless in the face of an unjust system.

Seeking Relief

I am not just seeking justice for myself, but for the precious time lost with my children. The legal system should protect families rather than create obstacles that tear them apart. I refuse to accept a system that dictates my ability to be present in my children's lives.
