Protect our Healing Oasis

Aloha my name is Brittany Morris (Love Goddess). In 2020 I opened a metaphysical shop (Love Goddess Healing Oasis) in St. Louis Missouri on the historic Cherokee Business District, to provide a safe space for spiritual and emotional healing. A bar opened up directly next to us in 2021, and every since I have been fighting for the safety of my business and the safety of my customers, staff and myself. There have been multiple fights, shootouts, robberies, murders and other acts of violence that have occurred at this bar and spilled over to my business, leaving us with damages and fearing for our lives. I have been complaining to the property manager, Alderpeople, Cherokee business board, chief of police and Owners, begging and pleading for the protection of my business and all those who in it. I have not received any help. August 2022 my storefront window was busted following an altercation at the bar next door, in which I had to pay for out of pocket. Now here we are May 2023 after an altercation at the bar resulted in 6 people shot, 2 dead , 4 injured feet away from my business and 2 shot out windows. Yes we have insurance and can get the windows replaced, but we need bulletproof windows or to relocate entirely. So please help me restore the safety and peace of our healing oasis. We are also looking for whatever resources you may have to fight to get my neighbors out.
