Preserve Our Community's Future

We are raising money to cover the cost of appealing a Chelmsford Planning Board approval of building a 16,200 square foot daycare facility in a residential neighborhood. The Planning board were coerced to go against their own beliefs out of fear of the developer would sue them in Court. A group of concerned residents have embarked on this journey to block this development as it would never be allowed to be built without a loophole in a state statue called the Dover Amendment. Impact to traffic, wildlife and our children safety are our main concerns with this development. We feel there are many unused buildings in Chelmsford where this facility could be located and not have such an impact on our neighborhood.
