Protecting DeAndre Howard's Legacy

My Son DeAndre Howard was lost in death on November 17, 2021. DeAndre was going through a painful divorce but unfortunately passed a month before the papers were finalized. He leaves behind a 3yr old son whom he loved so very much. DeAndre took a lot of pride in the father he was becoming, he enjoyed the father-son times they had together. Morien loved his dad, and it breaks my heart that DeAndre will not be there as Morien grows up, but as his Grandmother, I want to ensure that the legacy that he started is passed on to his son. I am going to court to try and put DeAndre's remaining assets in a trust for Morien to have when he turns 18. To do so we need to seek legal counsel and obtain a lawyer and pay the fees for the court proceedings. All help is greatly appreciated in achieving this goal.
