PPE For Hellenic Homes For The Aged In Toronto

Total amount raised: $25,893. $CA18,293  was raised directly through GoFundeMe to purchase surgical masks, disposable gloves, and reusable gowns for the Hellenic Home, along with an additional $7,500 from an anonymous donor, for a grand total $25,893. The Hellenic Home for the Aged Scarborough is experiencing an onset of outbreaks, reporting approximately thirty COVID-19 cases, several deaths and upwards of fifteen staff infections as of April 23rd. They are in urgent need of medical protective equipment. The Upper Canada College Hellenic Culture Club is hosting a fundraiser to support the most vulnerable amongst our community. The funds will be directed to purchase masks, gowns, gloves and other protective equipment from a confirmed, direct supplier.
