Provide a source of Transportation!

Hi everyone, my name is Jazper Malone and I go to Fresno State University! I'm a first-year college student and recently had my electric bike stolen yesterday after 6pm. I am staying in the dorms this year and the reason why I need a bike is because I am unable to have a car for transportation.
