Provide costumes for our Worlds trip

Hi, we’re Pure Poison, an international open pom team from Salford/Swinton who are travelling to Orlando in April 2024 to compete at the Allstar World Championships!

The competition is for teams from countries all over the world competing against one another to become ‘World Champions’. Who wouldn’t want that title!

As we will be competing at such a prestigious event, we wanted new costumes which would be “worlds standard”. As you can imagine these are not cheap.

We recently recieved our new costumes (at a cost of £150 per dancer) and were heartbroken at what we saw. The costumes are unwearable and also not fixable at all!

This meant we had to perform our worlds debut at competition on Sunday in a tshirt & pants! We are unable to have a refund and do not have the funds as a team to buy 20 new costumes ourselves - totalling to £3000!!

We haven’t just lost our costumes, but our dream of competing at worlds is falling down around us.

We are a currently trying to raise as much money as possible via team events, fundraising cards, local sponsorship and carboot sales but it still isn’t enough to provide us with new costumes.

We would be extremely greatfully of any donations or sponsorship from local companies to help us continue our journey to AllStar Worlds!

We understand the cost of living crisis and the time of year, but even just sharing our story would be a massive help!
