Provide Housing Support for Families Displaced by LA Fires
Donation protected
I was born and raised in LA, and like many of you, I’ve seen firsthand the heartbreaking devastation these recent fires have brought to our community, leaving an estimated 180,000 Angelenos displaced. The need for housing is urgent—but the outpouring of support over the past few days has been truly inspiring.
Through my IG, we’ve already matched several displaced families with temporary housing solutions, thanks to the incredible generosity and care of everyday people stepping up during these trying times.
To build on this momentum, we’re activating the Earthbound Foundation, which we created three years ago to support our Earthbound documentary series by funding environmental innovation, community empowerment, and scholarships worldwide. Now, the foundation has committed $25,000 to short-term housing solutions for displaced families affected by the LA fires while they await FEMA support. But we can’t do this without your help.
How You Can Help:
✨ Donate to our GoFundme, which will fund short term housing for displaced families.
❤️ Do you know of furnished apartments or homes on the East or West Side available for one-month stays?
Los Angeles has always been a city that unites when it matters most, and during this time of crisis, we’re witnessing the true strength and heart of our community. Every lead and every opportunity makes a difference. If you know of available housing, please reach out to us.
