Provide meal gift card for Beverly and kids

If you are seeing this GoFundMe appeal, you probably know of the recent passing of Chris Reed.

You must also know how much Chris meant not only to his family, but to so many others. I knew him through scouting, through swim team, and through his devotion to the Flower Hill community as one of the board members. I also knew him as friend.

Many of you have asked if you could provide meals for Beverly, Hunter, and Maddie during this difficult time. I have spoken with Beverly about this. While she very much appreciates the offer of meals, she is concerned about the logistics of scheduling when the meals would be most beneficial. She is, however, very open to receiving support via DoorDash (or something akin to that) to give her the flexibility to pick up the phone and order dinner on those days when having a prepared meal would be helpful.

If you would like to help provide meals for the Reed family in this time of grief and transition, please consider making a donation to this fund. I will ensure that every penny collected will be converted into a dining gift card delivered to Beverly for her to use as she finds the need.

It would be nice if we could present this to her by the end of this week.
