We are Meghan and Veronica launching a GoFund Me in order to raise money for the Non-Profit Wounded Warrior Project. We have provided a link to a video that describes a lot about what the Wounded Warrior Project focuses on. An individual dies by suicide every eleven minutes. Suicide rates are 72% higher for veterans. Every day, these brave men and women put their lives on the line for our freedom, often they return home with physical and emotional scars that were left on them from the battles and hardships they endured. The Wounded Warrior Project is dedicated to helping these heroes heal and be able to reintegrate into civilian life. Your support given by donations will provide services such as mental health counseling, career training, and wellness programs that will all provide crucial support to our heroes. Below you will find a video of Marine corps and army veteran Daniel Wright Jr, who has been battling PTSD and depression that led to a suicide attempt. Help and assistance through The Wounded Warrior Project, he has found a passion that gave him a different and better outlook on life and helped him tremendously on dealing with PTSD and depression. Through the Wounded Warrior Project, Daniel Wright Jr discovered his passion for art therapy leading to him offering tattoos for fellow veterans. With your donations, support, and help you can help many heroes like Daniel Wright Jr find their passions that will help them deal with the physical and mental scars left on them that were given by the batter and hardships they endured.
