Providence House Childcare Provider in Crisis

Hello, my name is Kim and I am a supervisor at Providence House Crisis Nursery in Cleveland.
The Childcare Providers at Providence House do an amazing job caring for the babies and children who stay in the Crisis Nursery. They make sure every child feels safe, loved, and comfortable through the direct care they provide and all of the creative ways they fill the days with fun!
Recently, one of our incredible Childcare Providers had her car stolen out of the Providence House parking lot at our West Campus in Ohio City while she was caring for our children.
Although her car was recovered, it incurred significant damage during the theft. The steering column was broken, the back window was smashed, and critical engine components and catalytic converter were stolen.
Unfortunately, when she spoke with her insurance company, she discovered she only had liability coverage and is facing $5,000 in repairs. She still has three years of payments to make on her car, so this has been devastating.
However, she still comes to work every day with a smile on her face, providing excellent care to our children and always ready to help anyone who needs it!
Thank you so much!
