Providing Self-Care Kits to Toronto’s Homeless

Meet Sara, a loving American mother of two. She recently came to Canada to find a better life—but that didn’t happen.

She now spends her mornings at a local library, trying to reach someone who can help her.

We met Sara a couple of weeks ago and have been thinking of her since. Her smile and perseverance touched our hearts.

No matter how difficult her situation gets, she keeps going. She keeps fighting so she can once again be reunited with her loved ones.

Sara is one of many homeless women in Toronto who want to live happier and warmer days.

Right now, many of them struggle to stay safe and keep warm during the tough winters.

After hearing her story, we decided to create a GofundMe page to support those in a similar situation.
