Help Nicole (Yakky) kick her cancer to the curb!

Hey, Tony here. I'm fundraising for my partner, Yakky (Nicole).

In May this year, we received the unexpected and scary news that Nicole had breast cancer. Since then, she has gone through surgery to remove one of her breasts. In July, she commenced a 5-month regime of chemotherapy. Following this, she will require radiotherapy, more surgery to remove her lymph nodes and years of hormone-blocking medication.

Through all of this, Nicole has kept her beautiful smile and positive outlook. However, as you can imagine, there have been (and will continue to be) extended periods where she cannot work. This and associated medical costs have caused financial strain on our family.

The guys at Nicole's awesome workplace, Whistler Wines, have been incredibly supportive throughout this whole ordeal, and we can't thank them enough (big love to all of you). In December, they will be hosting a fundraising event for Nicole to help her through this challenging time, and for everyone to have a bit of fun. Also, 10% of all proceeds raised will go to Barossa Area Fundraisers for Cancer (BAFC) who have been a great support so far.
