We Need Help Please

I am reaching out in an attempt to get the help we desperately need. A little over three years ago my husband and I moved from Oregon to South Carolina, seeking a better life for ourselves and our animals. We moved with our 11 goats, 2 sheep, 2 potbelly pigs, 4 horses, 5 dogs, and a barn cat. We slowly added a few things (chickens, ducks, guineas)to the farm. We can not bare the heat and humidity and honestly don't give the animals any attention during the summer months (they get the necessary stuff, just little interaction because we can't function in the heat). The animals are miserable in the heat also, nobody likes it. We're all miserable. We have been trying to get back to Oregon since we arrived here. It was a HUGE mistake to ever leave. My husband says we can't afford to move all of the animals again. I don't want to find them new homes because I don't want anyone to try to eat one of my babies. I have unsuccessfully tried finding a sanctuary to take on so many animals because of the expense involved, and they ARE expensive. My husband said even if we get them back to Oregon, the hay is more expensive and we wouldn't be able to feed them. I am hoping for some help. I am putting my business out there because I am at a tipping point and don't know how much more I can bare. I've battled depression almost the entire time being miserable with the humidity and heat. I've tried many things, even writing my first novel, Culmination, trying to generate money to help with the move, but that is slow-going. If you're thinking of buying the book to help me out, be warned... It's not for the faint of heart. I am putting that out so people don't wonder what I am doing or what I have tried. Our animals love and trust us to do the best by them. I only hope we will be able to continue doing so. Property is more expensive there, and the places we can afford lack shelter for the animals. Not looking for anything fancy, just to keep them comfortable and safe. If you are able to help us at all, we will be forever grateful. Nobody can love and care for them like we do.
