PTAA-PTECH Scholarship Foundation

PTAA schools of Texas is a charter school system with six campuses.

PTAA/PTECH Scholarship Foundation was created to award college funding for  qualified graduate/graduates meeting campus requirements.

2021 is our 1st graduating class, and Our GoFundMe account will fund our 1st recipient, Colin Higgins, PTAA Greenville campus.

·        Our 1st Valedictorian

·        1st student to receive an Associate Degree from Dallas County College – Richland campus

·        Attended summer session college courses starting his sophomore year

·        BETA Club member for four-years, serving as Vice President his Freshman and Sophomore years, and President his Senior year

·        Senior class President

·        Student council President

·        Competed in basketball, tennis, cross country and track – qualifying and competing at track regionals in 2019 for the 400m; currently holds the school record in the 800m, 400m, and 100m events

·        Employed by Chick-Fil-A, which helped in paying for his 1st car

·        Youth leader in his church 

·        Organized PTAA’s very first “Meet at the Flagpole” event attended by the majority of the student body
