More information about SWITCHBOARD LGBT +: At Switchboard we provide an information, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men and bisexual and trans people - and anyone considering issues around their sexuality and/or gender identity. We are confidential, welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental.

The helpline operates from 10am to 10pm seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. The helpline number is 0300 [phone redacted]. The rate is the same as for local calls, even from mobiles, and the number is included in both landline and mobile bundles.
