Hello,
I am a 6th grade teacher at Los Altos Elementary School. I would like to invite you to contribute to our 6th grade camp fund. Some of you can remember how much fun you had on your own 6th grade camp trip. I know I was able to create lasting memories. This is a once in a lifetime experience for these sixth graders.
During their camping trip students will learn how to apply science, math, art, physical education, and more. The cost for the camp program is $260.00 per student. Most of our students are low income and have not been given many opportunities like 6th grade camp. We have about 8 students whom cannot afford to go to camp. It breaks my heart to see them not being able to go due to the lack of funds. Please help support our 6th graders in any way you can. Every dollar counts!
