Help Us Say Goodbye to our Boy

Hello all! I am reaching out because as many of you know, my only nephew Rakeem Floyd was murdered on December 18th outside of Family Dollar. To be sitting here having to set up a GoFundMe account for our boy seems absolutely surreal. Our family has been broken to its core, and we are fighting to keep our heads above water, but with God on our side and leaning on each other we will be alright. At just 20 years old our boy was taken way too soon. But the reality is we have to move forward with planning his funeral. As many of you know the mounting costs of funeral bills can be stressful and I'm just trying to lighten the load in any way that I can for my sister Lauren and his father Rakeem. To know Rak was to love him. He was a friend, brother, son, and father who impacted the lives of many. Anyone that knows him knows he did not deserve to be taken away from not only us but his 1-year-old son. So, if you could donate ANYTHING at all, no donation is too small, we would be forever grateful. We will use the funds to pay for the funeral costs and whatever is left my sister will use to set up a college fund for his little boy.
