Pub 626 Staff Relief Fund

Due to the sudden and heartbreaking shutdown of restaurants/bar in Illinois due to COVID-19, the staff at the Pub are facing hardship. While we will remain open for take-our only a few hours a day, it will not be enough to help with rent, medical bills, food, utilities, etc. all money raised will go directly toward bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff. The business will get no percentage of this whatsoever.

For many people in the neighborhood, we are your pit stop on the way home from work, a spot to gather for celebrations, dinners, brunch, or a late night spot to grab drinks and catch up. We always strive to make your days better and we consider many in the Rogers Park neighborhood to be our extended family. 

So far they are requiring that we minimize operations as a take-out place for two weeks, but there is no way to know how long this will last. If you can help, it would be great fully appreciated. If not, we will love you just as much as we always have. Please stay safe during these trying times and let’s minimize exposure and spread love and positivity out to our community and world as a whole.
