Hello, our Malinois/Cattledog Pumpkin recently got diagnosed with a bad case of parvo. She is taking the treatment well, but we are unable to afford her care as the bill came to around $6,230.

A teacher found Pumpkin on the side of the road as a puppy in September, obviously just recently dumped. As such, she also has severe separation anxiety that we are working on. We decided to take her in a week to two weeks later after learning about her, and she has been the light of our lives since. She is VERY food motivated and playful and will eat just about anything.

Then, on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024, she ate a grape, and we were horrified to learn they were toxic for dogs, so we rushed her to the vet right away after she started throwing up, having severe diarrhea, and refusing to eat the next day.

Then, she was diagnosed with parvo, a 100% fatal disease if left untreated. We decided to have her hospitalized and see how the treatment would go. Unfortunately, we are already under financial stress due to our kitchen needing renovation because of black mold, so we really are in dire straits at the moment and need every ounce of help we can get.

We have her spay and vaccine appointment scheduled for December 19 so something similar to this never happens to her again. Please, help us pay for her treatment.
