Puppers, Tysen, needs knee surgery

Sorry to ask but we are in a shit situation. My puppers has severed both of his ACL knee tendons. The vet said it’s probably his genetics. Unfortunately, we are in a place where we will need to put him down ( he just turned 4) if I can’t find a way to pay close to $4,000 for this one knee surgery. He is in a lot of pain and if we can’t do the surgery his quality of life will next to zero. As it is he can hobble a step or two before he falls to the ground. Please, if you can help us it will be a life saver!
