Help Jesse Make Puppet Shows for Hospitalized Kids
Hello! My name is Jesse Thom, a musician/author/puppeteer living on a small island off the West Coast of Canada with my wife Marley and 7 month old daughter, Oriah.
In light of my own experience of losing my 8-year-old brother to cancer when I was a little guy, and after doing some online puppetry for hospitalized kids in recent months, I've decided that this year my goal is to start creating a super awesome, personalized puppet show every month for one hospitalized child at a time. Here is an example .
Having lost my brother Alex to leukaemia when I was 5, and having created a few shows for kids in hospital already, I know first hand what a huge gift this can be for a child and their family.
This GoFundMe campaign will be the deciding factor in the success or failure of this vision (cost breakdown below).
If you’d like to live in a world where there is a devoted fellow creating uplifting puppet shows for hospitalized kids, I invite you to make a donation and/or share this post on your social media channels to help me gain the support I need to make this project a reality.
Thank you for coming along for the ride as I realize this vision, or at least for reading about it !
Lots of love,
Jesse & the Bunnies
p.s. for those who feel inspired, another way you can support is to become a patron of my work on Patreon .

100 hrs editing @ $20/hr = $2000
Total: $5000
