Christmas In June Fundraiser

Hi I’m Talisha and I’m the owner of Talisha’s Salon Spa. I’m in efforts to host Clarksville’s “Christmas In June Fundraiser!” And your support is needed to make this happen! Here is why. Last November and December we did something so awesome for the soldiers of fort Campbell. We made available for 300 soldiers to have a Christmas gift of 1 free haircut. Talisha’s Salon Spa Is based off of one stylist in a private salon suite on fort Campbell. To make a gift this big possible I had to get the community Involved. So to the rescue comes News channel 5 who proudly offered to help. In order to accomplish such a mission I had to start cutting hair in November Instead of December. However, this year I want to do things a little different. I decided to reduce some of my overhead by getting the city to approve for me to convert my garage into a salon/ barbershop studio space! It was approved April of this year. Now the renovation begins. Renovations must be completed by August 6th. Funds are need to make dream happen before Christmas of 2022. So I thought I’m also a professional chef. Let’s utilize those skills to host a benefit event that consist of food, mingle, music, and a little bit of entertainment. The funds raised will be used to complete the studio renovation project. And prepare for our free haircuts in December for 2022. Last Christmas spirit of giving put a smile on soldiers faces including people from individuals from all around the the world. We showed that we love our soldiers and it’s more than just puppy love.
