Tanner's Emergency Surgery
Donation protected
Tanner is a 9 month old Pomsky living in New York City. He loves the big city life and playing with his doggy friends everyday in Washington Square Park.
On Sunday, August 21st, Tanner began vommitting and was immediately admitted to the ICU at PearlBlue Animal Hospital. After extensive x-rays and an ultrasound, it was revealed that Tanner had a large mass in his stomach blocking his intestine and preventing digestion.
Monday, August 22nd, the doctors recommended emergency surgery to save Tanner's life. At such a young age, Tanner deserves to live a long happy life.
The doctor's removed a grapefruit sized mass from his stomach consisting of hair and other undigestible materials that had built up over a long period of time.
Tanner has been in good spirits since the surgery and is easing into recovery. I am a student and struggling to cover the bill. Anything you can contribute to his ICU stay, surgery, recovery, and treatment would be greatly appreciated.
