Pups in need. Shelter opening. Barks & Tails 501c3

Through time I've saved several rescue pups. The last being 2 weeks ago out of Mexico. But now the time has come to save so many more. The need is dire. The goal of this is to get a shelter up and running but the cost is huge. Renting or buying a building, pulling all kinds of permits, notifying the surrounding area of the intention, purchasing kennels, food, supplies, waste removal, heating, vets and so much more.
