Help Me Fight Meniere's disease

Hello my name is Tony,
Over a year ago I was diagnosed with a incurable condition known as Menier's disease, since that time I have lost my job due to Dailey vertigo attacks, lost all hearing in my right ear, live with constant tinnitus and have gone into crazy medical debt. I can deal with hearing loss and tinnitus but what is hard is the daily vertigo, this stops me from driving , walking and worst of all it stops me from being the father I want to be to my two kids, I know their is no cure for Menier's disease but their is a treatment called Gentamicin treatment , which is a set of shots of a antibiotic in the ear drum to kill the nerve causing the vertigo . My doctor told me with this treatment, their would be a good chance that I could go back to work and lead a somewhat normal life, that's really all I want, but we just found out our insurance will not cover this and I can not schedule a appointment until my debt is paid off and have cost for treatment upfront.
