Provide Purim Food Baskets to Israel’s Hungry Elders and Holocaust Survivors
"Candy delivery is nice, but what we need most is food" – A survivor in need
Every year, Jews all over the world fulfill the mitzvah of Mishloach Manot, which is to give a gift of two foods to another Jew on Purim. While the common custom is sweets and candy, you can do this service for HaShem by getting needed food and vegetables to the elders of Israel.
With every donation, you help provide food to elderly people and Holocaust survivors who are suffering with poverty and hunger.
Your contribution supports a holy group of volunteers who will deliver Purim baskets containing real food to keep these vulnerable people going.
This is an opportunity to do something very meaningful for Israel!
In addition to Purim baskets, if we are able to surpass our goal – funds will support these holy friends in their effort to assist thousands of needy families, elderly people, and remaining Holocaust survivors in poverty, with consistent hot meals.
This is a very sad state of affairs, and Israel is working to aid these people on a systemic level. Currently – these brothers and sisters of ours truly need our help. Please take this opportunity of Purim and it’s mitzvah of sending food to friends – and really make it a blessing for these deserving people.
