100-a-day, 100 day push up challenge

Donation protected
I am doing 100 push-ups a day for 100 days to support a Ukrainian family, who have left their country and trying to start a new life in Prague, Czech Republic.

Natalia and her son Kirill lived and worked peacefully in the city of Kryvyi Rih, in Eastern Ukraine, until February 2022. Natalia was a fitness instructor, running her own business, and Kirill was studying at college.

Their lives were changed in an instant the moment the Russian army decided to invade the country, and explosions were heard around them. It was far too dangerous to stay, and they packed what belongings they were able and fled their city.

With a mere 200 Euros savings, they managed to secure some free accommodation in the Czech Republic, which expired at the end of May.  Since then, they have been trying to make ends meet to survive.  Natalia has found the odd cleaning job, while Kirill attempts to finish his studies.

Natalia's elderly mother had to be left back in Ukraine as she was too ill to travel and is dependent upon Natalia for her own survival.

Their situation is truly desperate.

The Czech government have recently announced that only those refugees that have secured a permanent job can stay in the country.

Natalia's and Kirill's lives have been thrown into utter uncertainty.

My challenge is simply a way to put a bit of cash in their hands to help them through this difficult time.

I am unashamedly asking for sponsorship that will do directly to them.

Thanks for your support!
