Fighting The Big C

**UPDATE** (6/9/23)

After my latest consultation with my Radiation Oncologist, the plan remains the same. I am scheduled to do a month's worth of radiation treatments, followed by hormone blockers for 5 years. The road to full recovery will be difficult but I'm putting it in God's hands now. Any donations you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

About Mid December 2022 I had my 1st mammogram done and there were irregularities so the doctor ordered further testing. After my second 3D mammogram and biopsy I was diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer.

We are thankful to God for being able to catch this nasty disease early; however, the doctor has ordered aggressive treatment to make sure the cancer does not spread any further. I have my lumpectomy surgery scheduled for March 17.

After surgery, I will be doing a month's worth of radiation and taking hormone blockers for 5 years.

The road ahead is long and will include many doctor appointments, diagnostics, and radiation that we all know will add up in costs.

I am a single mother as most of you know. I work hard to support my two beautiful children. The added costs of my medical care will put a strain on our budget so I am hoping you can donate to ease some of the burdens of finances and let me focus on healing.
