Medical Fundraiser

I am currently on a waiting list for a cadaver kidney, which can take 3-5 years to receive. However, I have a few potential living donors who are being tested to see if any of them are a match. When a living donor undergoes this surgical procedure they are unable to work for a period of 3-6 weeks. I am hoping to raise enough money to provide support to him/her once the surgery is done. 
In addition to this fundraising, if you or anyone you know would consider being a donor, there are details in the attached letter.
