Kelly’s Car Accident

On Thursday, March 14, Kelly was in a severe car accident (at 30 weeks pregnant) and was air lifted to a local hospital. God wrapped His arms tight around her and baby Charlotte! Charlotte is perfectly healthy while Kelly has broken vertebrae, ribs, clavicle and a partially collapsed lung. But that’s a miracle that those are the only injuries after seeing the pictures of her totaled vehicle. 

Kelly will be able to go home soon but will still need assistance and more medical attention within the coming months. We have created this page in an effort to help provide financial relief as they will have to conquer medical expenses, physical therapy and purchasing a new vehicle for Kelly. Having a baby can put people in a rut financially but a major accident just prior to is stressful. 

Many have asked how they can help Kelly & Kendell so any amount will be able to help get them in a good place and allow for them to focus on Baby Charlotte’s arrival this May!

* UPDATE: (3/17/19)- “We are home and we are on the road to recovery! If you have seen her car, you’ll see how she is a miracle testimony. She is a child of God and He is such a good father. He was there protecting my babies when I couldn’t. I am so thankful for Amanda, Gil, Shannon, the rest of the Nursing staff, doctors, EMT’s, first responders, Suzanne and the rest of the VCRG crew, and of course the dozens of family and friends that have been pouring in their love and support. So much more in my heart to say, and we still have quite the journey ahead, but for now just a big thank you... to my God and to the AMAZING support system He has given us. My heart is full.” -Kendell
