To start my transition

My name is Rebecca, I'm a 21 year old blind trans woman. and I'm stuck. For the last three years I've been trying to get onto a gender clinic to start my life and transition. The NSH has been failing me badly. Not doing what I am asking, no pleading for them to do to help me live. For three years I've been fighting the system to just to get on to HRT. So I'm asking for your help to help me go privat just to get on to HRT. With my situation at home with my abusive mother, taking my money and using my card when she likes. It is impossiable for me to save enough funds to do anything. This is slowly killing me, I am trying to keep my head above the water but I can't for much longer. So I need your help. and If you can give anythihg I would be forever gratefull. and if you can't please share this as wide and far as you can. Because I'm reaching my limit for dealing with such painfull dysphoria.
