Portsmouth Transparency Fund done

Portsmouth City Council has been operated like a shadow government to the detriment of the City.  Council has done business in closed session, cut public speaking times and implemented gag orders on employees and other Council members.  Councilman Moody was the first to be fined $1500 for telling the public the subject of an upcoming close session.

This site is to raise money for him to pay that fine. 
Additional money will be used to pay the fine to any member or employee who is penalized for informing the citizens of information we have a right to know.

Join us in demanding our elected official oeprate in the open and can be held accountable.
