Paul's Medical Expenses

This is my dad, Paul Stiles.
When someone is described as "the salt of the earth" that's him; reliable, trustworthy, and straightforward. He's a good bloke that has spent his entire life helping people. If you're familiar with the Bible, this is the kind of guy Jesus wanted Chrstians to be. If you hate religion, he's one of the ones that doesn't give Christians a bad name.
The man lives to serve, and has put his life on the line numerous times helping women get out of domestic violence situations, defending the vulnerable, he's opened his home to troubled teens. And he's never asked for a single thing in return. Man's a goddamned superhero.
But as they say, sometimes bad things happen to good people.
Recently Paul had a series of unfortunate accidents that has left him in need of surgery. Expensive surgery.
He fell out of a tree he was trimming for his local church, smashing his face, and the following day slipped on some wet tiles and got himself a really nasty shoulder injury. The doctors said the tendon on the top of his shoulder was completely torn off the bone and the muscle and tendon at the back of the shoulder/arm had torn off in a fairly big section.
The man is in crazy pain and without this surgery there's no end to it.
The money will go towards paying the surgeon, anethetist, and the nights he has to spend in hospital recovering.
We, his family are doing everything we can, but it's just not enough.
So, that's why I'm setting up this page. It'd be nice if a man who has spent his whole life looking out for others, could get the help that he needs.
If you guys could help us out, help him out, we would be eternally thankful.
