Help Gina Beat Cancer

Last March Gina was diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma a very rare bone cancer (stage 4) which has spread to her lungs with an inoperable tumor. There is currently no treatment available in Ireland as of yet.

Gina spent 9 weeks in the UK getting her hip and some of her pelvis removed. This caused incredible stress to both her as a widow and her children. She has 3 boys and 1 girl aged 8 to 18.

Gina was left with foot drop due to nerve damage from the second operation.

Our goal is to to try and make life better for Gina, help to raise money as it is an incredibly stressful time for both Gina and her children.

The money raised will help Gina to get second opinions abroad and to adjust some of her home as she requires a wheelchair and crutches. This will also help with the costs of bills as she has had to give up work, better physiotherapy, funeral costs and to try and make some memories with her children while she is still well enough.
