Aaron Nolen’s Eagle Scout Project

Hi, my name is Aaron Nolen and I’m fundraising for my Eagle Scout Project.

I have been in scouts since I was a wee lad. The things that I have enjoyed most with scouting are the camping/backpacking trips, summer camps, high adventure trips, pinewood derby, cooking competitions and numerous other things. Through scouting, I have had some amazing mentors that have helped me develop skills that will carry me through my adult life.

In entering high school, I selected to participate in the JROTC program, which lead me to The Raiders. The Raiders is a group of JROTC cadets that compete in physical fitness, adventure themed events, and competitions with other Raiders teams throughout the US.

As I enter my second year of JROTC Raiders, I knew I wanted to do something with my Eagle Scout project that could incorporate scouting with the Raiders so, what better way to do that than to give back to the Live Oaks Wolf Pack!

I am choosing to build a 19’ Jacob’s Ladder for the obstacle course at Live Oaks in Milford, Ohio. All monies raised through this site will be used to fund all materials and needs to complete my project. Any additional funds that go unused will be donated back to the Live Oaks JROTC Raiders program.
