Northwest Ohio Area Special Needs Prom

Hi, My name is Sue Bice and I organize, with the help of many others, The Northwest Ohio Area Special Needs Prom. It began in 2009 as a big birthday party called "The Enchanted Castle Ball" with dinner, music and dancing...and has continued every year as a celebration of the Special Needs Community. Each year we have a different theme...we have been to New York, Paris and Under the Sea. We've been back to the 50's, we've Wished Upon a Star and we've been to the Enchanted Forest. We've had A Night to Remember and danced the night away with Cinderella and Belle, we've had a Virtual Prom with our long distance DJ and celebrated Tropical Nights by learning a Hawaiian dance!

And now we will celebrate our 14th year! "Under the Harvest Moon" Country Ball will take place on Saturday, October 29th at Damschroder Hall at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds in Oak Harbor, Ohio!

Our wonderful Special Needs Guests are invited to attend and Caregivers/Family are invited to attend with them! It is open to Ottawa County and the surrounding counties.

As always, a great meal is planned, along with music., dancing and surprises!

Every year we strive to make this free of cost to our guests...It is a very special night where our goal is to honor each one and let them know how loved they are by us and by God.

Your donation will go towards the total cost of the evening.
