Rice Family Adoption

Julia and I have a huge desire to adopt several children from different places around the world and you are helping this dream become a reality. My wife was adopted from Ukraine at age 16 and her life was drastically changed. We as a family want to do the same by changing the trajectory of the lives we are blessed with through adoption. 

We just finalized our first adoption through the State of Indiana and we are looking forward to going to Ukraine to adopt our next child. The average cost is more than $30,000 and we greatly appreciate anyone who considers helping us along the way.
