Help start something new

Hi ny name is Mark, I have lived in the Fort William area for 13 years, over the past few years there has been less and less for locals and local youths to do when the weather is bad. I am looking to open an Arcade in the area, giving Locals something different to do and also an extra business for tourism thats not an outdoor shop.
