Jake's Fight Against Metastatic Neuroblastoma

Unfortunately June 5th our brave little Jake was diagnosed with Metastatic neuroblastoma. Dan and Laura have been by his side day and night! Please help show Jake and his family how much we care! Medical bills are never an expense we expect to have, but a parent should never have to worry about being with a sick child while trying to figure out how they will pay for their care. Our little soldier has been so brave! His smile is still huge and his eyes are still bright! Jake has quite the battle to take on, but the Stefano's will be by his side every step of the way!
