Jake's Fight Against Metastatic Neuroblastoma

Jake was diagnosed with metastatic neuroblastoma when he was just 5 years old. He has been fighting this terrible disease ever since. His childhood has been spent in the hospital, enduring cancer treatments instead of playing. Jake has shown us what it means to have grace and bravery despite facing our toughest battles. He has a long way to go, but it's become clear his entire community will be by his side every step of the way!
