Bentleys Vet Bills after dog attack

our dog Bentley was attacked over a week ago in the place he walks everyday. Bentley is nearly 11 years of age, and he is blind he’s completely defenceless and would never hurt a fly. Hes the most loving dog and he loves nothing more but to go on walks on park road and pop into all the shops.

last Friday at the betting shop on park road he was attacked indoors by an American bully dog. The owners have no remorse, and although live locally have not once got in contact to apologise, or offer any money towards the bills. Despite them being given our contact number.

since being attacked Bentley has visited numerous vets, out of hours included and while we thought he was on the mend he’s now come out with a really bad infection which all the vet bills over the last week have left us floored with his insurance not covering it.

we have managed to cover most of the fees ourselves but so many people have said to do a go fund me so we have set one up for the estimated cost of the rest of the bills. Anything over we will donate to local dog shelters.
