Carter's Recovery

On June 14th Brittany’s 16 year old son Carter was hospitalized and remains in the hospital. Though he is mostly medically stable at this point, his aftercare journey is unknown. Brittany is a single mother and doing the best she can but the bills are piling up and the cost of inpatient psychiatric and addiction recovery services are also unknown at this time. We do not want money to be a barrier to Carter receiving the treatment he needs, nor do we want his mother to be worried about the financial piece while she is worrying about the life of her son. Brittany has helped multiple people in the past by raising money through GoFundMe for them and now we are asking for support for Brittany and her family. The state of Vermont has minimal services for minors and the out of pocket expenses is unknown at this time and any help will be greatly appreciated and allow for Carter who is willing to go to rehab to succeed in his recovery.
