Nana needs our help

As most know Nana took a pretty bad fall recently that landed her in the hospital and required surgery. She is home now (thank God) recovering but is going to be off work for quite some time. Which means she will not be able to work her several jobs she had. Nana is such a kind and gentle soul who always tries to help anyone when they are in need and I just want to try and take some of the burden off of her. Any help would be much appreciated.
