Justice for Kiyah

Aug 17th Update: Kiyahs doing better & better every single day, she truly is a miracle and defied all medical odds. thank you everyone .i can't believe we were told we needed to plan a funeral for my sister but thank God and for all the prayers she is Off life support but still has the trache, she's on her road to recovery And still has a while Before She can walk or fully talk but if anyone wants to visit her please contact me directly and for everyone who is donated thank you so much the money will be used to get her in a safe home Plus She has nothing and will need everything from hygiene to clothing to furniture there's a lot more medical costs.

my name is Richard Neff and I am Kiyah Moon Neff brother and I'm starting this today as we are in need of justice for my sister as well as funeral costs . As you all may know July 4th my sister was pushed off a 3-story building in downtown San Diego. She is currently in ICU on life support and is most likely not going to make it. Her brain stem is severely damaged and has no brain activity as of today still. They have been trying to lay her down for a hour every day but she only makes it a few minutes.

Tomorrow we have another family meeting with the neurosurgeons and I'm sure they will tell us the same thing. Her MRI today was not good. If she was to make it, which is nearly impossible, she would be on a ventilator for the rest of her life either in a bed or a wheelchair but the percentage of that is close to none.

The meeting today took quite the turn She is starting to have brain activity (which no one saw possible) we are unaware how far she can or will progress We are praying hard but at this moment not even the neurosurgeon's know where this is headed. I will update as we find out more. All donations go to whatever happens next to Kiyah.

We all know this beautiful loving girl had an amazing mind body and soul and she would give the shirt off her back for anybody. She loves to sing especially country music she had so many wonderful qualities that the world just didn't know what she would come up with next. she was definitely talented she was just all in all amazing. This is just such a difficult time for me as this was my best friend my sister. I never in a million years thought it would come down to this I'm crushed I'm broken and I don't even know where to begin. Nobody should have to go through this.
