Samuel Johnson II Heart Transplant

Hi, my name is Samuel Johnson II  I'm a (LVAD) Left Ventricle Assist Device Patient at Vanderbilt Heart Clinic. What the LVAD does it pumps blood from the bottom of my heart to the top of my heart to the rest of my body because my heart is not able to do this anymore. The LVAD is keeping me alive until a heart comes available. I was doing good for the first year and was on the heart transplant list but on November 10th my beloved wife (BabyDoll) passed away from a brain tumor that we didn't know that she had. From that day until the present day my weight has come from 406lbs. down to 280lbs. It was not easy but with God's help I lost a lot of weight. I'm on the heart transplant list now.
