Help my brother and his family!

Hello, my name is Courtney and my nephew Karder has not been able to put any weight on his knee for around a week. Yesterday they got some bad news. Karder has infection in his femur bone and fluid in his knee cap. They took him by ambulance this morning to have surgery. He is a very strong boy and if nothing else please pray for a fast and safe recovery.  My brother and sister in law have taken off work and  with income not coming in with his mom Kayla being off to take care of Karder and now Zach to be by his little  boy side a little help would go a long ways. They are predicting Karder stay will be for sometime in Iowa City  so I am asking for everyone's help . Donate if you can as I know times are tuff. Gas and food and shelter will be what they need at this moment to stay in Iowa City. Thank You in advance.
