Kidney Transplant Medical and Recovery

10 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. The disease caused my kidneys to shut down along with my legs and vision. I am at stage 5 kidney failure and  my Renal doctor highly recommends a kidney transplant to stop the progression of the diabetes disease. This procedure will take place at the end of March. All funds will go to the medical and recovery expenses while i am not able to work. I don't qualify federal assistance and I am the only income in my household.
