Hannah Lynn Tringhese

Our sweet 6-year-old niece Hannah Lynn Tringhese was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016.  A lot has happened since then, so I'm updating this gofundme to be more current.  Here's a recent Instagram post from Hannah's Mom Sarah.  If you'd like to follow their story, please check out her Instagram https://www.instagram.com/prayersforhannahlynn/.

Today was a hard day.

Hannah's doctor pulled up her scans and my brain went into denial. I informed the doctor that Hannah has a cold and the blob we were looking at was probably sinuses. Then I panicked and kept asking, "what is that?" over and over. Unfortunately, her tumor is back but on the opposite side of her brain. The same tumor that shrunk on the one side is now back on the other. It is on her other optic nerve and she is at risk for losing her sight...again. The cancer is back.

Our doctor contacted Cincinnati before she even spoke with us. They have a plan that Tom and I are in agreement with, but we have to wait and see if she's accepted. Then we have to see if our insurance covers it. We will be getting a new oncologist in Cincinnati and will be traveling a lot more. We don't know all the details yet, but we do know that she will not be getting a port and will not be doing the same treatment that she did before. We're just praying that this plan works. 
We are back to scans every 3 months, which upset Hannah more than anything.

Our hearts hurt, but we're going to keep going forward. Hannah wanted to go to archery to see her best friend tonight, so that's what we did. She was all smiles. That's all that matters to me at the moment.

Please pray for Tom and me to make the best decisions for Hannah. We are numb at the moment but we'll figure it out. Again.

She's still HannahStrong and God is still good.
