Help Koda get Life Saving Surgery!

Hi! My name is Tami and I'm fundraising for my sister's dog Koda. Koda is a 7-month old adorable and loving CockaPoo puppy that we recently found out, during a routine puppy wellness check, that she is a ticking time bomb and only has a life expectancy of 6-9 months. This has been devasting news to our whole family but especially to my sister. Koda is her baby and she would do anything to help her.

Koda was diagnosed with PDA (patent ductus arteriosus) which will cause congestive heart failure. Surgery is the only option. She has already had x-rays and an electrocardiogram and is currently on medication awaiting surgery. They need to perform an open-chest surgery and correct the blood vessel that didn't close off at birth. Her pre-op is scheduled for Wednesday, August 2nd and surgery is August 3rd. She has to travel from Sandy, UT to Fort Collins, CO for the surgery and will have travel expenses as well.

We are asking all animal lovers and friends of Jo to help with the cost of sweet Koda's surgery. Jo is a middle school teacher and this is a major financial burden. Please donate whatever you can and keep Koda in your prayers that she may live the full and healthy life she deserves.
