On Thursday, May 27th 2021 my father Ken, stepmom Donna, and little brother Sam’s apartment building caught on fire. Ken, Donna, and Sam are staying at a hotel temporarily. It sounds like everything in their apartment will be a total loss. There was hope that they may be able to salvage some things, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem like the case anymore. They still haven’t been able to go in and see the damage for themselves and unfortunately they may never be able to. I’ve set a higher goal in hopes that they can replace all of their belongings!
